Sharing how to utilize Odoo, an open source ERP system, to help a small tutorial class set up basic HR and teaching management processes and reduce manual administrative time. By using off-the-shelf modules (e.g. CRM, HR, scheduling, and enrollment management) and a little custom development, we were able to create a solution that was close to the needs of the practice, and realize the digital transformation of a personal studio.
