Like the title, I talk about the call center system by AWS for myself. it is said it was very difficult to make them, but by AWS, it is easy. I’m going to show you the demo and the explanation about the AWS connect. I think you will be surprised.

Second, the explanation of the AWS connect and setting up the lamdba

Finally , the explanation of the system made for myself
