AI Sovereignty in Practice: From Taiwan Benchmark to Production Payment Agents

How can we audit an AI agent before letting it inspect payment data, trace transactions, or help diagnose customer-support cases? This talk shares OEN's engineering path from Taiwan Sovereignty Benchmark to production payment agents: first auditing Chinese-language models for Taiwan-sovereignty filtering and system-prompt bypass behavior, then using payment-mcp and payment-skills to make payment-data access and workflows scoped, logged, reviewable, and forkable. It closes by connecting this engineering boundary to Taiwan's AI data-use policy: legal certainty should protect good-faith, auditable, non-market-substituting innovation without turning authorization into a new data monopoly.
