This talk will be an updated and extended MacOS M1 version of my previous talk on getting iDevice thermal sensors . Since a macOS device comes with root already, getting non-trivial information on M1 devices is much easier than on A14 devices. I’ll talk about:
- thermal sensors on without root 
- further thermal sensors you can get with root and SIP disabled, such as 
- how get similar information by using IOKit functions
