In Wikidata, geographic locations are expressed in point coordinates. If you want to have information about geographic areas, you need to use OpenStreetMap relation id to concatenate, and most of the attribute information in OpenStreetMap is not as complete as Wikidata, so use the id column. It becomes very important to connect the two together.
Therefore, it is currently possible to use a program written in python to allow the two databases to compare data with each other and then connect.
