With more people and companies join RISC-V, there are increasing demands for new features.
Highmem can make 32-bit RISC-V platform support more RAM and Kasan is a memory detector that provides a fast and comprehensive solution for finding use-after-free and out-of-bounds bugs in the Linux kernel. In this presentation, we will share our experience about how to port HIGHMEM and KASAN to RISC-V Linux and how to interact with RISC-V maintainers.
